How Does A Person Find A Spiritual Mentor/Guide?
I have heard the saying….when the student is ready, the teacher arrives but I have also been hearing a lot recently the saying when a person needs knowledge seek out the experts. I would be so grateful for some insight on Spirit Guides and Mentors. I would especially love to hear from people who have active Guides and Mentors and interact with them on a daily basis.

They are all false, unless they are pointing you to the Bible.
Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much!
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal hell, is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus alone for salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what! Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in Jesus alone to save you! It is impossible to lose or “leave” salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).
Please pray now: “Jesus, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and You rose from the dead. Thank You for eternal life!” You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die!

Wen i went to church, i was blessed that my uncle was alredy a mentor, and i talk to Him evryday. In church, if u ask or they come up to u, u will find a mentor.

The best advice is AVOID those that claim to be spiritual mentors and guides.
It is a proud boast and pride is a sure sign of absence from God. Instead seek out those people that live Godly lives in secret, that live lives of prayer, of love, of repentance.
These are the people that would make a good spiritual guide.
At the same time, if God has only given you a simple priest. Then as long as his ordination is valid, he is obedient to his bishop and does not preach heresy – you can save your soul.
As the “Holy Spirit fillest that which is lacking in the priestly candidate” (paraphrased from the ordination prayers).

All you have to do is ask God to apply the death of Jesus Christ to your heart and soul as payment for you sins against Him. Truly accept Jesus into your heart and your life will instantly change forever. The Holy Spirit is the only true “spirit guide”.

The most important is that you must trust yourself, your own feelings, intuition.
You should not accept blindly what others are telling you.
A period of searching is good, at least you will have comparisons between different methods, different teachers.
It does not matter whatever others are telling you, at the end it should be your own heart choosing a method and a teacher.
Personally I have found mine about 3 years ago, and I am happy with my decision, as I have been receiving answers to my questions.
Below you will find an interview with the guide I am studying with:

All the best with your search!
