Fairfax to cut mentoring program for foster kids
FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) – A 5-year-old mentoring program for foster children in Fairfax County that has been hailed for helping teenagers is likely to end. Officials say the Families4Kids program is on the chopping block due to cuts in the social-services budget.
